Nashville being mentioned as host city for 2026 World Cup Soccer

The United States, Mexico and Canada have been selected to host the World Cup in 2026. The North American trio beat out Morocco’s bid for the first 48-team tournament, with the U.S. getting 60 of the 80 games and Canada and Mexico staging 10 each. Nashville, Atlanta and Cincinnati are among 23 US cities being considered to be one of the 16 cities to host games.
