Three area players were named to the All State First team from the Kentucky High School Baseball Coaches Association.
Christian County’s Wyatt Stevenson and University Heights Drew McGowan were named to the team along with Caldwell County grad and current Hoptown Hoppers pitcher Shane Burns. Drew Rom of Highlands, who plays in the KHSAA State Baseball semifinals this weekend, was named Mr. Baseball.
