The 2nd Region Athletic Directors Association announced the Male and Female Athletes of the Year on Wednesday. The female athlete is Alli Cundiff of University Heights who just recently won the state 300 meter hurdles in the Class A track and field meet. Lyon County golfer Cullan Brown was named the male athlete of the year. Brown won the KHSAA state individual championship as a junior and was a runner up during his senior year.
