An Oak Grove man was served with a warrant for rape and sodomy Monday morning.
Charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy is 22-year old Delvin McDowell of Oak Grove.
No details regarding the alleged incident are included on the warrant that was issued last year and served Monday morning by the Christian County Sheriff’s Department.
McDowell is lodged in the Christian County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
