An off-duty Hopkinsville Police Department lieutenant was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center following a motorcycle accident Saturday evening on Bradshaw Road.
The Christian County Sheriff’s Department report from Deputy Corey Keene says 46-year old Jefferson Alexander of Hopkinsville was headed north in the 10000 block of Bradshaw when he lost control in a curve, went off the roadway and flipped at least two times.
Lt. Alexander couldn’t remember what happened and complained of ankle pain. He was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was treated and released.
The report says he was wearing a helmet.
