A fight in the parking lot of the Dodge’s Store on West Seventh Street early Sunday morning led to a man being pinned between two vehicles.
Hopkinsville Police officers were called to the business about 3:10 a.m. and found 21-year old Sean Johnson of Hopkinsville lying on the ground.
He had been pinned between a car driven by 34-year old Richard Manning of Hopkinsville and a parked car owned by 34-year old Martez Washington of the city.
Manning told police that unknown individuals began to fight his friend, Martez Washington, and that he tried to leave when several started to punch him, according to the report.
Manning did not remember striking Johnson with his vehicle, but officers were able to see video on surveillance equipment and on Snapchat showing Johnson walk between the two automobiles before being struck.
Johnson was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for pain to his left thigh.
Neither vehicle was damaged in the incident.
