Baseball: Christian County scored 11 times in the first inning and cruised to a 13-3 5 inning victory over Fort Campbell. Wyatt Stevenson led the Colonel hitters with a pair of hits in three at bats and drove in four runs. Austin Fields picked up the pitching win for Christian County who improved to 16-12 while Fort Campbell finished the season 4-14.
In the nightcap, Hopkinsville defeated University Heights 9-4. Blake Sowell had a pair of hits for the Tigers who blew open a 3-3 tie with four runs in the bottom of the fifth and added two more in the sixth inning on a double by Caleb Bapp following a 52 minute rain delay. The Tigers improved to 9-20 with the win while the Blazers finished 9-15.
Softball: Christian County blanked Fort Campbell 16-0 in 3 innings while Hopkinsville cruised to a 14-4 win over University Heights.
