A Logan County woman who allegedly threw drugs out of her vehicle window was arrested Wednesday afternoon.
Logan County Sheriff’s Sgt. Clint Wright saw 27-year old Katlin Smotherman of Russellville on Lewisburg Road and knew she was wanted on a warrant for forgery, according to a news release.
As he attempted to make a traffic stop, Smotherman allegedly tossed a baggie of methamphetamine out of her window before stopping.
Smotherman was served with the warrant and additionally charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
