The Courier Journal reports a proposal that would have eliminated spring practice beginning next year is being withdrawn. A vote would have taken place during the KHSAA annual delegate meeting in September. The measure called not only the elimination of spring practice, but would have also removed a restriction that would have allowed teams to participate in seven on seven leagues and passing league play from June 1st-24th.
