The Logan County Sherriff’s Department served a Russellville man Wednesday with active arrest warrants and he is facing additional drug charges.
According to a news release, deputies responded to Russell Street to attempt to serve two active warrants out of Logan County on 52-year old James Grady of Russellville. While being taken into custody, a search of Grady’s person revealed a pill bottle containing methamphetamine and different prescription medications.
He now faces charges of possession of meth, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance not in the proper container and failure to notify of address change.
A second man at the residence, 37-year old Johnathan Collins, was also served with warrants.
