A woman accused of driving while under the influence of drugs with a baby in her car was arrested on multiple charges.
Hopkinsville Police stopped 28-year old Caroline Boley Davis of the city about 5:45 p.m. Monday on Fairfax Drive after she was observed driving on the wrong side of the road, according to the arrest citation.
Her speech was slow and slurred and she performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Boley Davis reportedly admitted to taking narcotic pills before driving.
A three-month old child was in the car and Boley Davis was charged with first-degree wanton endangerment in addition to DUI and failure to notify the state of an address change.
