Two Hopkinsville residents were arrested for methamphetamine possession Tuesday night on Faircourt Street.
Officers went to 2817 Faircourt to check the welfare of 27-year old Cierra Neeble of Hopkinsville and heard movement inside the home, but nobody came to the door. A search warrant was obtained on the home and an arrest citation says officers found small amounts of meth, plastic baggies and glass smoking pipes.
A shotgun was located inside a vehicle in the garage.
Neeble and 22-year old Jordan Allen Hill of Hopkinsville were both arrested on outstanding warrants and were additionally charged with meth and drug paraphernalia possession. Hill was additionally charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and Neeble with possession of a controlled substance.
