Former Hoptown Hoppers pitcher Casey Queener of Belmont University was named the OVC Pitcher of the Week today. Queener had a career high 12 strikeouts in a nine inning, 4-0 shutout of Austin Peay. He walked one batter and allowed three singles. Queener, a native of Brentwood, TN was on the 2016 OVL regular season champion team.
