David Padgett’s tenure as interim coach at the University of Louisville is over. Padgett was let go yesterday after leading the Cardinals to a 22-14 record and an appearance in the NIT quarterfinals where they lost to Mississippi State. The 33 year old Padgett says he’s not surprised he was not retained at Louisville and does want to be a head coach at another school:
