The Tennessee Titans are cutting ties with defensive lineman Sylvester Williams. Tennessee decided over the weekend to release Williams, despite signing him to a three-year deal worth more than 16-million dollars a season ago. The 29-year-old racked up 20 tackles in his only season with the Titans.
