ESPN reports former Ohio State coach Thad Matta will not accept the head coaching position at Georgia. Matta was reportedly offered a five year deal worth $16 million dollars. It’s not known whether Matta is considering offers from other schools. Ole Miss, Pitt and Louisville reportedly have contacted Matta about their coaching vacancies.
