Trenton man charged with terroristic threatening

Posted by vipology-forcht on March 11, 2018 in Local News, Todd County News

A young Trenton man was arrested Friday for alleged threats against two juveniles.

According to an arrest warrant, 18-year old Holden Smith was in the parking lot of Trenton Baptist Church on March 4th when he told a group of juvenile witnesses that he was angry and that he would use a handgun in his possession to harm the juvenile he was upset with.

Two days later, Smith allegedly sent a text message threatening to “beat and shoot” another juvenile.

Smith is charged with two counts of terroristic threatening and is lodged in the Todd County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

The incidents were investigated by the Todd County Sheriff’s Department.
