Western Kentucky routed UAB 98-70 in its opening game at the Conference USA tournament in Frisco, TX. Freshman Tavieon Hollingsworth led the Hilltoppers with 22 points. WKU will face Old Dominion in semifinal action this afternoon with pregame coverage at 2:30 on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP. The other semifinal features Southern Miss and Marshall. Last night, the Golden Eagles upset top seed Middle Tennessee 71-68 in overtime.
