Owensboro Catholic won the 3rd region title Sunday defeating Muhlenberg County 55-45. Owensboro Catholic will meet Johnson Central in the opening game of the Girls Sweet 16 at 11 am Hopkinsville time Wednesday.
The 4th region winner Bowling Green will face Elizabethtown Wednesday afternoon at 12:30 with 1st region winner Murray goes against Mercer County at 5:30 on Wednesday.
