Three people, including two juveniles, were injured in a head-on collision Friday morning on the Pennyrile Parkway.
Christian County Sheriff’s Sgt. James Dragoo says it happened near the 5 mile-marker about 7 a.m. when a tractor-trailer crossed the median into oncoming traffic.
A two-year old in the Jeep went to Jennie Stuart Medical Center with facial injuries from the airbag, a nine-year old went to Tennova with left knee pain and a male in the Jeep was taken to Tennova with a broken wrist.
Names of those involved have not been released.
Heavy rain was falling at the time of the accident.
