A woman stopped by for reckless driving by Kentucky State Police near Crofton Friday night was arrested on heroin charges.
State Trooper Hunter Carroll pulled over 29-year old Ashley Miller of Bloomington, Illinois on the Pennyrile Parkway and a news release says she appeared to be under the influence.
Further investigation allegedly revealed an open alcohol container, heroin and numerous pills in Miller’s vehicle.
