Darius Thompson had 18 points and 10 assists and senior Justin Johnson had 16 points and 13 rebounds as Western Kentucky defeated Rice 85-66. The Hilltoppers are now 20-7 and 12-2 in Conference USA. The win marked the 44th time in history WKU has had a 20 win season. The Toppers host Charlotte Thursday night.
