Fire damaged an Oak Grove home Wednesday evening.
Oak Grove firefighters were called to the 200 block of Jumpers Pass at 6:28 p.m. for fire in the kitchen and laundry room.
They were able to prevent the home from becoming a total loss, but there was smoke damage throughout. No one was injured in the blaze.
The Pembroke Volunteer Fire Department assisted Oak Grove.
