Kentucky State Police has arrested a Central City man for alleged sexual abuse against a child.
A news release says KSP began an investigation in September into possible sexual abuse and it resulted in the Friday arrest of 34-year old Matthew Burch of Central City. He is charged with first-degree sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12.
