Western Kentucky’s Lady Toppers had a matinee game today with UTSA and picked up a 73-38 win. Four Lady Toppers scored in double figures led by Ivy Brown’s 19 points. WKU remains undefeated in Conference USA play at 5-0 in improving to 13-5 on the season. The Lady Toppers are back in action Sunday at Marshall.
