Hopkinsville Police arrested a local man Sunday morning after he allegedly went in a home on East 18th Street and choked a woman.
Charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and intimidating a participant in a legal process is 21-year old Gregory Arnold of Hopkinsville. An arrest citation says Arnold had been to stay away from the victim’s home, but went back Sunday morning.
Arnold allegedly pinned the victim down on a bed, choked her and asked why she previously called the police on him to get him kicked out.
He had left when officers arrived, but was located a few streets away and arrested.
