A woman was hurt in a single-vehicle accident in Todd County Friday due to winter weather conditions making roads hazardous.
Elkton Police Sgt. Jason Clardy spoke with WHOP News at the scene and says that the driver of the vehicle, 53-year old Bertha Williams of Elkton, lost control of the vehicle due to wintry weather conditions.
Williams was transported to Jennie Stuart for non-life threatening injuries. Elkton police were assisted at the scene by the Todd County Sheriff’s Department. **
