UL’s COMMIT BOWEN HEADING TO S. CAROLINA

Former Louisville commit Brian Bowen is headed to South Carolina with hopes of being able to play next season. The five-star recruit from the Class of 2017 was unable to play a game for the Cardinals after an FBI investigation alleged that he received monetary benefits.

South Carolina will submit a request for Bowen’s reinstatement next season after the NCAA ruled him ineligible this season. The 19-year-old Michigan native was a McDonald’s All American and the 14th-ranked player in the ESPN Top 100 coming out of high school.
