A Boil Water Advisory has been issued for much of Trenton.
Superintendent Benn Andrew Stahl said they began replacing old mainline valves overnight and were expected to have the water back on by about 5:30 a.m.
All Trenton Water customers along North and South Main Street, Clarksville Street from 41 to Hammacksville Road, Cedar Street, Trice Street, Elm Street, Dixie Bee Court, Beeline Way, Ware Way, Rosenwald Street, Penchem Road and 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Streets are under a boil water advisory until further notice.
No additional work will be performed on the project this week due to the forecasted winter storm and Stahl says WHOP News will be notified as soon as the advisory is lifted.
