The Hopkinsville Police Department is having to delay the first Cops and Bobbers event due to weather.
According to a news release, the fishing event that was originally scheduled to take place Saturday morning at Lake Morris is being postponed due to adverse weather conditions forecast for Saturday. The decision to postpone is to prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
HPD will provide updates as soon as a new date is selected.
