The Clarksville Police Department is investigating after someone was shot early Sunday morning at Smooves Bar and Grill.
According to a news release, the shooting occurred around 12:30 a.m. inside the business in the 2100 block of Fort Campbell Boulevard. When officers arrived on scene, they located one victim with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
Officers provided emergency medical aid to the victim until EMS arrived, and they were then transported to Tennova Healthcare. The victim’s status is unknown at this time.
