The Christian County Sheriff’s Office responded to a passenger vehicle and tractor collision on Pembroke Fairview Road that resulted in possible injuries on Wednesday night.
Kenneth Tiell of Pembroke was traveling southbound on Pembroke Fairview Road and Eloy Gonzalez of Pembroke was operating a tractor northbound on the same road. According to a report, Tiell came across an escort vehicle with flashing lights traveling northbound.
The escort vehicle was reportedly leading the tractor operated by Gonzalez because it was wider than the standard lane width.
Tiell passed the escort vehicle and reportedly collided with the tractor. Tiell’s vehicle sustained severe damage to the driver’s side while the tractor sustained no damage.
Tiell was reportedly transported by a personal vehicle to a hospital for possible injuries.
