A medical episode led to a single-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon in Madisonville that injured the driver.
Madisonville Police say 30-year old Bernard Montgomery of Madisonville was northbound on Pride Avenue just before 4 p.m. when he had a seizure behind the wheel. It caused him to accelerate and his car went off the road and struck a tree.
Montgomery was taken by ambulance to Baptist Health Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
