A former Crime Stoppers fugitive of the week turned herself in at the Hopkinsville Police Department Wednesday.
Officers served 24-year old Katherine Skinner of Greenbrier, Tennessee with a warrant for bond revocation. She was lodged in the Christian County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
