The field for the Women’s NCAA Tournament was unveiled last night with Louisville receiving a number one seed for the event. The Cardinals will open play Friday hosting Boise State at 11 am Hopkinsville time followed by Marquette and Dayton. The winners will meet on Sunday.
Conference USA champion Western Kentucky is headed to Knoxville for an 11 am game Friday against Oregon State. Tennessee and Liberty will play in the second game with the winners to also play on Sunday. Ohio Valley Conference champion Belmont faces Duke on Saturday in Athens, GA.
