A second suspect has been charged in connection with a burglary last week at the Pro Wash car wash in Guthrie.

An arrest warrant for third-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief was served Tuesday against 40-year old Ronald Dale ‘RD’ Harris of Hopkinsville. Harris allegedly crawled through the ceiling of the car wash into an office area and used a grinding tool to access a money machine.

Harris and his alleged accomplice, 31-year old Joshua Craig of Oak Grove, reportedly got away with nearly $4,000 in quarters.

Guthrie Police Officer John Webb investigated and determined that Craig drove Harris to Guthrie and pretended to wash the car while Harris made his way into the office. Video surveillance captured the incident and police say Craig is seen assisting Harris with the tools.

Craig was served with a warrant Monday on charges of felony theft and possession of burglary tools.

Harris was already in the Christian County Jail, charged with three separate counts of burglary in relation to recent incidents at businesses and homes in Christian County.
