Two people were severely injured when the vehicle they were operating went off the Pennyrile Parkway and onto Pembroke Road Monday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s Lt. Lynn Moe spoke to WHOP News at the scene and says the vehicle with an Indiana license plate was in the median on the Pennyrile Parkway when it reached the overpass, going down between the bridges and flipping.
The two occupants were taken to the hospital for what are described as severe injuries, with one likely to be flown to a Nashville hospital.
The names of those involved have not yet been released.
