The Dubois County Bombers will have a new head coach for 2019. The team announced Monday assistant coach Travis LaMar will replace Andy Lasher. Lasher-who is joining the coaching staff at Eastern Illinois- had been with Dubois since 2014 when he began as an assistant coach. He became head coach in 2015.
Lasher led the Bombers to a 122-63 record in his tenure including regular and post season championships in 2015 and 2017 along with winning the 2018 Bluegrass World Series.
