Meeting in special session Friday afternoon, Todd Fiscal Court approved final reading of an ordinance to keep its property tax rates the same.
The rate remains 9.9 cents per $100 of assessed value on real and personal property—the same number it’s been for the last several years—according to minutes from the meeting.
In other action, magistrates approved final reading of an ordinance to reduce the speed limit on Marshall Williams Road to 35 mph.
