The Todd County Bale Trail is set to begin next month and anyone who is considering their own hay creation this year should be sure to get it on the official map.
Glenn Slack with the Todd County Chamber of Commerce explains the Bale Trail and says participants always come up with funny signs and creative themes to go along with their exhibit.
It’s important to submit an entry form prior to September 15th if you intend to have a stop on the bale trail, as Slack says it will get you on the map.
Bale Trail entry forms and guidelines can be located under the ‘Things to Do’ tab at exploretoddcounty.com. The forms are also available at the Todd County Welcome Center on the Historic Elkton Square.
Meanwhile, Slack says the inaugural membership drive for the Todd County Chamber of Commerce has been successful.
