The Bowling Green Daily News reports former Bowling Green High and WKU football standout Nacarius Fant was arrested Tuesday on drug related charges. Kentucky State Police and the Bowling Green-Warren County Drug Task Force say Fant was arrested during a traffic stop at the intersection of Chestnut Street and Regents Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
Fant was identified by the Drug Task Force as a cocaine trafficker during a six week investigation. A small amount of cocaine and $502 was seized in the traffic stop. He was lodged in the Warren County Regional jail. Fant won the Kentucky Mr. Football award in 2013.
