An investigation at the Circle K on Russellville Road late Thursday night led to the arrests of four people on methamphetamine trafficking charges.

Officers noticed a car backed into a spot at the gas station about 11:30 p.m. and heard yelling coming from the vehicle. An arrest citation says all four occupants gave different stories and a K9 alerted on the car.

A search allegedly of the car revealed methamphetamine.

The driver, 33-year old April Hall of Tateville, and her passengers—30-year old Howard Matlock of Bowling Green, 24-year old Tara Guest of Somerset and 30-year old Robert Davie of Hopkinsville, were arrested and charged with trafficking in meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police say a baggie containing 55 grams of meth fell from Davie’s pants and additional meth was located on the person of Hall during a search at the jail.

Davie and Hall were additionally charged with tampering with evidence.
