Franklin’s Kenny Perry had a seven under 65 and is tied with University of Illinois golf coach Mike Small following the first round of the Constellation Senior Players Championship being played outside of Chicago. Paducah’s Russ Cochran and Union’s Steve Flesch are tied for 33rd at one under 71.
