Trenton woman indicted in connection with 2017 murder

A Trenton woman with alleged connections to the Clarksville Mongols motorcycle gang has been federally indicted in connection with November, 2017 kidnapping and murder of Stephen Cole in Todd County.

Thirty-three year old Jessie Marie Decker of Trenton is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, tampering with the grand jury investigation, and use of a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime. Decker is separately charged with making false statements to law enforcement relating to the kidnapping and murder of Cole and as an accessory after the fact to the kidnapping.

As previously reported, 49-year old William “Flip” Nelper of Trenton was indicted in March on drug and murder charges. Federal authorities allege that 27-year old William Boylston, 43-year old Jason Meyerholz and 35-year old Christopher Wilson of Clarksville kidnapped Cole, a member of the Clarksville Mongols, at gunpoint.

Boylston and Meyerholz then allegedly transported Cole to Nelper’s Cemetery Street residence in Trenton, where they murdered him, disposed of his body and burned evidence of the crimes.

The case is being investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives; the Clarksville Police Department; the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation; and the Kentucky State Police.
