WBKO-Bowling Green reports Western Kentucky received a 2019 commitment Wednesday. Tavares Springer is a three star recruit from Maplewood High School in Nashville. As a junior, Springer caught 31 passes for 641 yards and nine touchdowns. Defensively, he made 48 tackles, an interception, recovered a fumble and recorded 11 pass breakups. The Tennessean says Springer one of the top returning defensive backs in the Nashville area for 2018.
