A former Crime Stoppers fugitive of the week was arrested by Hopkinsville Police Sunday, thanks to an anonymous tip from the public.
Officers located 40-year old Kesler Willingham of Hopkinsville on Center Street at Raymond burse Court about 7:20 p.m. Sunday and served him with a warrant for failing to appear in court.
The anonymous caller to Crime Stoppers will receive a cash reward.
