The Pennyrile Area Development District celebrated a successful year at its 49th annual dinner Monday night at the Bruce Convention Center.
PADD recognized staff members who have achieved career milestones—including Cindy Cummings for 15 years of service and Karen Wallace for 25 years.
Executive Director Jason Vincent says the dedication and commitment of PADD staff and board members is making the nine-county region a better place now and for generations to come.
Board of Directors Chair Lori Harper says the PADD staff is made up of professional leaders who make a difference each day.
Vincent says PADD’s 49th year has been successful and he’s expecting more of the same as the district celebrates its 50th year of existence.
Dr. Robert Lemon—a renowned public speaker, author and television personality—concluded the night with the keynote address.
