The Bowling Green Daily News reports WKU’s Lady Toppers have added a new player. Winchester native Sandra Skinner is transferring from Virginia Commonwealth University. Skinner played her high school hoops at Clark County and three seasons for VCU averaging 2.6 points in 74 career games. She will sit out this year and be eligible for the 2019-20 season for new coach Greg Collins.
