The Courier Journal reports former Louisville coach Rick Pitino is scheduled to depose interim University of Louisville President Greg Postel, former interim men’s basketball coach David Padgett, athletic director Vince Tyra and compliance consultant Chuck Smrt as part of his breach of contract lawsuit filed last November.
Pitino filed the suit against the University of Louisville Athletic Association asking for the more than $35 million in pay remaining on his contract. The depositions are scheduled to take place later this month in Louisville.
