CCHS students win, take 2nd in congressional art contest

Two Christian County High School students are winners of Congressman James Comer’s Congressional Art Competition.

Asjion Catlett, a student at Christian County High School, won for her piece titled “War Hero.” Her artwork will hang in the U.S. Capitol all year, and she will receive two roundtrip tickets to Washington for the national reception.

Laura DeLoach, also from Christian County High School, finished 2nd for “Lost War.” Her artwork will hang in Congressman Comer’s office in Washington, D.C.
